At Hospital Ginequito we have different Medical Service packages which you can book in advance, respecting the current cost when the booking is made; our objective is providing each patient quality Medical Services at a fair price.

In order to provide a better attention, we have an area for Hospital Services Advise where we provide information regarding our services, costs, our different forms of payment, advice in major medical insurance, as well as information of our free presentations for the community.

When you enter the parking lot at the Hospital, in the Mezzanine area, there is specialized personnel who will receive you in order to provide you support in every moment.

When you arrive at the Hospital, you must go to the Hospital Registration area, located in the first story of the Hospital. Please arrive with a relative who will provide us the information for your registration.

If you wish to use the Major Medical Expenses Insurance (SGMM for its initials in Spanish) or Fonacot credit, please give this information during registration and when booking any of our service packages.

Necessary Documents:

Letter of Informed Acceptance dully filled out with the authorization signature.
If you booked a maternity package, you shall submit the payment receipts when arriving for registration.
Likewise, when entering the Hospital, you must have 100% of the total cost of the package requested covered.
Show identification with photograph (voting ID, passport or driving license).
Do not forget to bring with you the invoicing information: name, fiscal address, zip code, Taxpayer ID (RFC for its initials in Spanish) telephone number and voting ID. Validate that the information registered in registration is correct.
If you have a Major Medical Expenses Insurance, you must bring your current insurance ID card and the approval for hospitalization.
If you are part of an institution or enterprise with an agreement, submit your ID or employee nametag, the approval of the company for your hospitalization.

Personal items you must bring:

Clothes to return home
(In case it is maternity, clothes from the 5th month of pregnancy, as well as clothes for the baby).
Personal toiletries.
Two robes (optional).
Magazine or a book (optional).

At Hospital Ginequito we have an agreement with all the insurance companies.

For your comfort we have a team for:

Information on insurance coverage.
Application of coverage for Hospital and Physicians.
Delivery of formats for approval.
Advise in filling out the paperwork.
Advise in reimbursement and/or direct payment.
Support for authorization from your company.

Requirements for direct payment from the Major Medical Expenses Insurance:

20 days prior to probable date, request the authorization.
Fill out medical report format and notification for accident or illness.
Copy of voter ID.
Copy of Major Medical Expenses Insurance ID.
Bring these documents to the registration area (1st Floor) to be processed.

Hospital Invoice, letter for detailed invoice.
Receipt for Medical fees
(copy of voter ID)
Copy of the major medical expenses insurance ID.
Detailed materials and medications.

Note: The invoice must be issued on the name of the insurance holder.
