For adults as well as for children and teenagers, we have coordinated having the patient seen by a primary group of specialists and, if required in special cases, by sub-specialists in the area.
In the case of the patients who require surgical treatment, in REDUX we firmly believe that they must be taken to surgery, always meeting the international criteria, correcting all the preoperative problems, because patient’s health, safety and integrity are our main and indispensable objectives.
We follow a multi-disciplinary system for patient attention protocol, coordinated by our Public Relations department, which enables the patient everything necessary since the moment they are in contact with us.
In REDUX, our first interest is having a patient who wants to be helped in losing weight in a healthy and safe manner, improving his/her health and self-esteem.
We remain shoulder to shoulder while giving our patients attention, we know that the objective is not only losing weight, but having a good control, on the long term, in order to maintain an appropriate and stable weight.
